Rosé All Day Non-Alcoholic Jell-O Shots


  • 6 oz Monday gin
  • 2 tbsp unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 1 cup sparkling apple cider or rosé
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp edible glitter (Optional)


To make these delicious non-alcoholic jell-o shots, sprinkle the gelatin into 1/4 cup water and let stand 5 min. In a medium pot, combine the sparkling cider and sugar and heat to a simmer on medium-high. Add the gelatin mixture and whisk until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the sparkling cider mixture into the dish and refrigerate, until almost set. Sprinkle glitter over the mixture. Return to the refrigerator and chill until fully set.
